Return or Exchange Policy
- We offer a hassle free Return and exchange for 7 days after delivery of the product. A free of charge reverse pickup will be arranged for you to all the serviceable pin codes.
- In case of non serviceable pin codes charges for sending the package will be refunded upto 100/-

- Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the Order ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging.
- While sending the product kindly record a video to avoid any discrepancy in the future.
- Kindly return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been used, a refund would not be provided.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
- Refund shall be initiated within 5-7 business days after receiving the return package, in the bank account shared by the customer.
- Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
