Cancellation policy

Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. We intend to ship between 1 working day of order receipt during the non-peak season. 

Please email the order cancellation requests to contact@thehangr.in. If an order is cancelled before we ship – we can refund via the payment method you choose while paying. This may take up to 1-5 working days to reflect in your account.

In case we have any cancellations on COD, we do not allow these customers from making any further purchases (unless Pre-paid) from all of our sites and partner sites.
