The Hangr Refund, Exchange and Cancellation policy: -

We put our utmost effort to make your shopping hassle-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please go through our terms and conditions before making a purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Exchange Policy

If you do not love what you have received, we will happily exchange the product with another product - We allow this once per order.

  •  Please send an exchange request with reasons and product pictures on contact@thehangr.in or Call us at 9910210110you would like to exchange within 48 hours of product received. 
  •  Once the Exchange Request is Approved –  we will Reverse pick the product. Kindly keep the product ready in its Original state along with Tags for our delivery partner to pick up. 
  • The courier company will do a brief audit of the product before accepting the return. Please do co-operate.
  • We will start our process of Replacement within 2-3 working days. 
  • Once we receive the product, subsequent quality checks are also done

Please note –

  1.  We suggest that the Customer should read the Product Description clearly and have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also email us to know more details about the product and we will be happy to clarify any doubts you may have before buying. A Damaged / Defected Return is not accepted.
  2. Reverse pickup happens in 1-3 working days.

 

Return Policy

We understand if you do not like a product shipped to you and are unable to decide upon a Replacement choice immediately. In that case, please send a Return Request with reasons/pictures on contact@thehangr.in within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation requests will be accepted before the order is shipped. We intend to ship between 1-2 working hours of order receipt during the non-peak season. 

Please email the order cancellation requests to contact@thehangr.in. If an order is cancelled before we ship – we can refund via the payment method you choose while paying. This may take up to 1-5 working days to reflect in your account.

In case we have any cancellations on COD, we do not allow these customers from making any further purchases (unless Pre-paid) from all of our sites and partner sites.

Applicable Deductions

  • Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse.
  • For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
  • For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes.
